Sriman Narayana Ashram

In order to facilitate the learning, practice and adoption of the Vedic brahminical culture and religion, a center of ‘Vedic Understanding’ has been provided by Yajur Veda Australasia

Sriman Narayana Ashram offers numerous programs, observances and festivals throughout the year that interested parties, dedicated students and practioners of the Vedic culture and religion are welcome to attend.

It also provides aspirants with the association and support required to successfully learn and maintain their devotional aspirations and convictions.

Sriman Narayana Ashram hosts weekly programs of Vedic chanting, devotional practices, philosophical seminars and liturgical observances that have been tailor made for the benefit of all prapannas (Vedic spiritual aspirants) and are all accompanied by the honouring of sanctified vegetarian foodstuffs, known as prasadam.

* All programs are provided out of good will and support for the adherents of the Vedic culture. If you wish to assist in the facilitation of the various programs at the center, you are welcome to contact the hosts to discuss how your time, skills and propensities may be best utilized in the devotional context.

Please note - Offerings of ghee (clarified butter), fruits, flowers, vegetables, grains (rice, flour, barley, etc), cloth (silk, cotton, wool) and financial contributions are all welcome and will be utilized for the performance and maintenance of the above mentioned programs, the upkeep of the facility and for the pleasure of the centers’ presiding deities.
